Balloons are such hopeful little things

The grades from the past semester have been pleasantly surprising. All glory be to God. As I grow older, I understand more and more, though I can't say I fully comprehend, that all blessings are from God. I know that my achievements are God's blessings and not earned merely from my human effort. God wants me to do my best in what I've been given, to put in the best effort I can muster, and He will do the rest. I need to remind myself to depend on Him more. More of Him and less of me.

Holidays have been good. hong kong was enjoyable as usual, although my leg mysteriously swelled up for the past week. I should be fine... i hope. At least, christmas is coming, and i know that hope is always here.
